A takeover of Newcastle United is still a possibility according to a spokesperson for the investment group Belgravia.
The group had shown interest in the club as early as August, but no deal has materialized.
Newcastle chairman Freddy Shepherd has stated, "...until they make an offer we cannot say anything."
