The Premier League now says it is looking at the Javier Mascherano, West Ham to Liverpool deal.

Just yesterday, FIFA gave its approval of the deal that will bend its rules by allowing the Argentine international to play for three clubs in the year, starting July 1.

The Premier League was not specific in what is was looking for, but said however, that it would be quick in its assessment.
